Teaching students in China, and teaching students at Whitefield: lots of children to love!

Why do I love my job:
I love teaching because I feel that I am doing what God created me to do! Through teaching, God has taught me so much about Himself. I’ve learned that He sees us as individuals, each with unique strengths, weaknesses, and qualities that make us special.
Why Whitefield:
I love teaching at Whitefield because, at a Christ-centered school, I can share the hope we have in our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
A favorite Bible verse:
"You are my refuge and my shield; I have put my hope in your Word." —Psalm 119:114
Why do I teach Kindergarten:
I especially love teaching Kindergarten, because Kindergarteners are so loving and excited about learning! How many people get to go to work every day and have the people they work with say “I love you!”?
My experience in another country:
I had an exciting opportunity to teach English in Shanghai, China to grades 1-4. It was an adventure I will always remember!
