  2. Complete an online application, and ensure that all the downloaded forms are returned to the Admission Office. In order for a student to be considered as an "applicant," the Admission Office must receive the completed Family Information form.
  3. Schedule off-site testing as soon as possible
(not applicable for students applying to PreK-4).
Kindergarten - 5th grade JATP (Joint Atlanta Testing Program)
Families must obtain registration forms from the Whitefield website or admission packet and schedule appointments individually with a psychologist listed on the form.
6th - 12th grade SSAT (Secondary School Admission Test)
Families may register on-line at www.ssat.org. Whitefield will serve as a test site in November, December, January, and February. The SSAT at Whitefield will be administered in small classroom settings.
  4. An appointment for an Observation (PreK-4 through 3rd grade) or an Interview (4th through 12th grade) will be scheduled by the Admission Office after a completed Family Information form has been received.
  5. As necessary, timely letters will be mailed stating which forms are missing from your application file. However, if you apply online, you have the ability to manage your application process via the website.
  6. The deadline for applying for admission to Whitefield is Friday, February 12, 2010. Decision letters will be mailed on Friday, April 2, 2010. Replies accepting/declining an offer of admission must be received in the Admission Office by Thursday, April 15, 2010.
