Financial aid information for families re-enrolling for 2012-2013
If you are interested in applying for financial aid, the requirements and deadlines are as follows for the 2012-2013 school year:
- Online Personal Financial Statement (PFS) applications must be completed and submitted to School and Student Service (SSS) by December 31, 2011. The PFS will be available after
November 1, 2011.
- A signed copy of your 2010 tax return including all schedules must be received in the school’s Business Office by December 31, 2011 (this is required even if one was provided
for the prior year).
- A copy of each wage earner’s final pay stub showing year to date earnings for 2011 must be received in the Business Office by January 6, 2012. If self-employed, a statement
of earnings certified by an accountant is required.
- Copies of all 2011 W-2s and/or 2011 tax return including all schedules must be received in the school’s Business Office by January 31, 2012, or as soon as possible thereafter.
- Form 4506 Taxpayer Request for tax return, filled out and signed, provided to the school, intended for school filing-
do not provide payment. Do not file with the IRS.
In cases where parents are divorced or separated, both parents must complete the PFS and provide the required tax information.
In order to be considered for financial assistance, all of the requirements must be met by the deadline dates to give SSS and the Business Office adequate time to process the
applications and allocate the available assistance. Incomplete or late applications run the risk of not being considered for financial assistance.
The Parents Financial Statement (PFS) application will be available online after November 1, 2011 at
sss.nais.org.
You will be notified in your enrollment contract, which will be available after January 31, 2011, as to whether or not we may be able to offer financial assistance.
