Mission and money must always coexist. Whitefield Academy was established through the generosity of its founders who sensed a calling by God to create a Christ-centered school
in the Atlanta area that would serve to educate the next generation of Christian world leaders. Since our establishment in 1997, Whitefield Academy has been blessed with the ability
to build not only a school, but also a generous community of loyal supporters. Each year we receive financial gifts from 100 percent of our trustees, 90 percent of our faculty
and staff, over 80 percent of our Whitefield families, as well as generous contributions from grandparents, alumni-families, friends, and Atlanta-area foundations. Due to this
ongoing generosity we have been enabled to continue to build our 75-acre campus, adding new facilities and an endowment, while annually strengthening and expanding our academic,
arts, and athletic programs. Thank you for your continued support of Whitefield Academy.
Whitefield Academy accepts gifts in a number of different capacities.

Qualified Education Expense Tax Credit Program
Do you ever wish you could decide how to spend your tax dollars? Well, now you can! At least a portion of your state tax dollars.
The Qualified Education Expense Tax Credit program is a dollar-for-dollar tax credit against your state taxes. That's right - a tax credit. For every dollar you give through this
program, you can subtract a dollar from the amount of state taxes you will owe next April. All monies received help fund our needs-based financial aid program.
Since its inception, Whitefield has received more than $800,000 through this program. This money has helped fund our needs-based financial aid program, specifically for students
who enter Whitefield from a public school. We partner with Georgia GOAL Scholarship Program, Inc. to facilitate the tax credit for our families. GOAL stands for "
Greater
Opportunities
for
Access to
Learning" and that is exactly what we hope to accomplish at Whitefield Academy. One of our core values is "Enrollment reflecting the racial, ethnic, and
economic
diversity within the body of Christ." To date, a total of 13 students, who otherwise might not have been able to, have joined the Whitefield family through this program. If you
have any questions about this program, please contact Mindi Ashburn, assistant to the headmaster, at 678-305-3022 or
