Club Cub operates on school days and school half-days (closed on school holidays and vacation days).

• 7:30 am to 9:00 am on Wednesdays (There is no charge for students enrolled in Club Cub. The Occasional Use Fee of $10 will be collected at drop-off for students not enrolled in Club Cub.)
• 3:15 pm to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday
• From Early Dismissal to 6:00 pm on half-days
• Our official closing time is 6:00 pm.

Games, sports, homework, and extra help are included. An afternoon snack will be served to all in attendance.

The school uniform will be fine for most activities. You will be contacted in advance if the activities require a different dress than the Whitefield uniform.

A faculty member or a qualified adult will be in charge of Club Cub. Upper School students may serve as assistants.

Students will only be released to parents and those they designate. Designated persons must be named in writing by parents prior to pick-up. The Lower School Office will accept either a fax (678) 305-3016 or an email sent to the Lower School Office stating the student’s pick-up arrangements if different from parent. WE CARD: Any adult, who is not familiar to our staff, including parents, will be asked to verify pick-up authorization and show a picture ID. Please be patient with our staff.

Unlimited Use qualifies participants to use Club Cub any time Club Cub is open. The cost is $2000 per year if paid in full or $1100 per semester if paid by semester. To enroll your child, fill out the enrollment form (available from the LS Office) and attach a check. Please note that there will be no mid-semester proration or refunds.

Occasional Use is at a flat rate of $20 per day and is payable by cash or check, the day of use, upon pick-up of your student. Please know that availability is not guaranteed. For all days, other than Wednesday mornings, please notify the Lower School office at 678-305-3044 by noon the day you will need Occasional Use care. If the Lower School office is NOT notified by NOON, it will be viewed as EMERGENCY CARE (which is at a rate of $20 PER HOUR or any portion thereof).

The Club Cub director will conduct roll call on a daily basis and students will be signed out upon their release to a designated adult.

After 6:00 pm the charge is $10.00 per quarter hour, or any portion thereof, payable by check or cash at pick-up. Three late pick-ups after 6:00 pm will result in a suspension of services for a period of no less than two weeks.

Since unforeseeable events come up, we provide “emergency” care. All students not picked up during carpool will automatically be sent to the Lower School Office until 3:45 pm. At 3:45 pm, the student will be sent to Club Cub and an Emergency Use fee of $20 PER HOUR or any portion thereof will be charged. These fees are due and payable by cash or check when you pick up your child. A 25% administrative charge will be added if you do not pay at that time and have to be billed for care services.
