Congratulations to a number of Whitefield students who were recently named to the Marietta Daily Journal 2010 All-County teams. Named to the All-County Girls’ Track team was Briana Jones; Janey Fugate received an Honorable Mention. Colleen Panosian was named to the 2010 All-County Golf team. Kyle Childree, a No. 1 single’s player was named to the tennis team, while Whitefield players Matt McGill and Eric Szchunke received Honorable Mentions. Andrew Dunkleberger and Cameron Thornton were both named to the 2010 All-County Boys’ Track team; Murphy Alexander, Cameron Lemons, Christian Nash, and RJ Willis received Honorable Mentions.
