Supervision: Qualified adults supervise Lower School students. Upper school students screened for their ability to work responsibly with children may server as counselors-in-training.

WE CARD - Any adult, who is not familiar to our staff, including parents, will be asked to verify pick-up authorization and show a picture ID. Please be patient with our staff.

Dress: The school uniform will be fine for most activities. You will be contacted in advance if the activities require a different dress then the Whitefield uniform.

Sign in/out: It is required that students be signed into and signed out of Club Cub.

Snack: An afternoon snack will be served to all in attendance.

Cost:

Unlimited Use:
An unlimited ticket qualifies participants to use Club Cub any time the Club Cub is open. The cost is $1,850 per year, which will be paid in two equal installments at the beginning of each semester.

Occasional Use:
An 80-hour ticket may be purchased from the Lower School Office or Business Office for $650. Each hour or portion of an hour in half hour increments is deducted from the ticket when used. The 80-hour ticket will expire 4 months from purchase regardless of the unused hours. Tickets will be kept at the school and parents will be notified when a new one should be purchased. No refunds for unused hours will be given.

Emergency Use:
It is not our intent to provide occasional care for our students. Since unforeseeable events come up we provide "emergency" care. If you require emergency care and have no ticket please call 678-305-3044 by 12:00 noon to arrange for after school care. Charge: $10.00 per hour or any portion thereof. These fees are due and payable when you pick up your child. A 25% administrative charge will be added if you do not pay at that time and have to be billed for care services.

Late Charges for all Payment Plans:
After 6:00 pm the charge is $10 per quarter hour, payable at pick up.
