On a professional note

Why Whitefield:
What attracted me most to Whitefield is the Christ-centered education that is taught. Having a Christ-centered education is something that the children will carry with them for their entire life. There is nothing more crucial than having that solid foundation. Additionally, my mom is a teacher at Whitefield and seeing how much she enjoys teaching here and having an understanding of the school’s culture, I saw what a work family is all about. Her love for her school and her job, made me want to be apart of such a wonderful place. The care that the teachers, administrators and staff have for the students and one another is one that is unmatched.

Why I love my job:
I enjoy getting to be apart of a child’s life and seeing how they learn and comprehend things. I love helping the kids learn new things each day and showing them how they can succeed. I love that I am at a school where I can teach kids the love of Jesus.

My family:
I have two amazing parents, Mike and Laurel. I also have one older brother, Justin, who is married to my sister-in-law, Meredith. My niece, Addison, and nephew, Emens, are my favorite people. I am blessed to have such a tight-knit family.
