Ali Van Dillen
Director of Enrollment Management
Ali Van Dillen joined the Whitefield leadership team as director of enrollment management in 2017. With more than 20 years of experience in creating and implementing large-scale strategies, she has demonstrated an ability to leverage the strengths of her team members to accomplish the goals of an organization. Van Dillen has held leadership positions at Bank of America, SunTrust Bank, and Wells Fargo. In each of these roles, she worked to develop and execute strategic plans, business integrations, and marketing and communication programs. Van Dillen has a B.S. in accounting from Clemson University and has received a NASD Series 7 license and a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.

Why Whitefield:
My children, Jack and Sydney, have been at Whitefield for 10 years. To have the opportunity to leverage my professional experience to further Whitefield’s mission is truly a dream.

Why I love my job:
I love to connect and collaborate with diverse teams of people to solve problems and achieve goals. I have a passion for learning new things and making connections to help others.

On a personal note

About my family:
We have been in the Atlanta area for 15 years and are members of Smyrna First United Methodist Church. My husband Bob is a meteorologist for HLN and volunteer football coach for 7th and 8th grade football. We have two children, Jack ('22) and Sydney ('25) and love to spend time as a family and actively seek weekend adventures such as spending time on Lake Oconee or hiking Kennesaw Mountain.
