Why Whitefield:
I choose Whitefield Academy because I knew when I stepped foot on campus it was the place for my son, Owen. I could feel the presence of God all through the campus! When I came to the meet and greet and heard the testimonies of the students going there and how they described their experience as Whitefield being like their second home, I knew this is where I wanted Owen to be. Then, when I went to the first chapel with Owen, It was confirmation that this is where God wanted us to be. The joy of watching children praise God was overwhelming. I am grateful for the opportunity God has provided for me and my family here.

Why I love my job:
I have always loved teaching and assisting students. I believe teaching is a calling from God! I remember playing school with my sisters when I was younger; teaching has always been a passion of mine. Watching young minds grow, seeing students’ smiling faces, and being a part of the joy they get when they figure out something new are some of my favorite moments in teaching.
