Why Whitefield?
I was attracted to Whitefield because of the community at the school. I graduated from Whitefield in 2011, and the teachers and coaches that I had truly affected my faith journey. The way these men and women loved and cared for me both inside and outside of the classroom impacted the way I pursued my own faith. I want to have the opportunity to love on students in the same way. Working at Whitefield will give me the chance to give back to this amazing school and to continue the work that has been going on since I was a student here.

What I love about teaching:
I love what I do because it gives me the opportunity to build relationships with students on a daily basis. I want to help them build confidence in who they are in Christ so that they will be able to go out and encourage others. When they think back on their time at Whitefield, I want students to remember this as a place where they were supported and encouraged. I believe teaching is one of the most important jobs, and I do not take it for granted. I love what I do, and I love coming to work. When you find a job like that, I think you are exactly where God wants you to be.
