Why Whitefield:
I love teaching in a Christian environment where I can actively incorporate my faith. I witnessed great value in a Christian community when my five children attended a covenant Christian school. True education is not limited to information in textbooks. Now that my youngest kids are in high school, I look forward to the opportunity to teach higher level math while sharing the truth of the Christian worldview. I was drawn to the passion of the faculty to fulfill Whitefield’s mission of preparing students for college while encouraging a love of learning and a passion for Jesus Christ.

Why I love teaching:
I love being with students and trying to make complex subjects understandable. I really enjoy seeing students grasp difficult material and enhancing their confidence and love for math.
