Last week WolfPack fans had the opportunity to celebrate our Middle School students!

On Thursday night, the Middle School football team won a dramatic, come-from-behind victory, earning a birth in the championship game with a 26-14 win over Kings Ridge.  The WolfPack defense shut down Kings Ridge’s triple option offense, and a big-play WolfPack offense scored more points in one game against Kings Ridge than other opponents had accomplished over the entire season. Find more details on this game below! Come cheer on the WolfPack this Thursday night as the team plays for the Metro10 championship against Mount Paran.  Kickoff is at 5:00 p.m. at Mount Paran.

On Friday we gathered at the Whitefield stadium for varsity football’s Middle School night! Middle School athletes were acknowledged before the game, Metro10 championship teams from last year were celebrated, and the Middle School students in attendance had the opportunity to win prizes and earn a free dress day! It was great to have students and athletes of all ages together to cheer for our varsity team as they brought in a victory over Pinecrest. Thanks to all those who came out to back the Pack!

This week is spirit week for the WolfPack! Middle and Upper School students will be coming to school dressed up for different themes each day, and we’ll be looking forward to Friday’s pep rally and homecoming football game against Walker. Join us for the festivities, which will include alumni Everett Joiner (’13) parachuting into the stadium to kick off the game, the annual homecoming parade, and the crowning of Miss Whitefield at halftime. We’re also excited to catch up with the alumni that will be back on campus for the annual Alumni Barbeque!

The athletic schedule includes Middle School Tennis, varsity cross-country, and Middle School and varsity football competitions this week. Click here for more details.
