Cub Care

Cub Care is Whitefield’s after-school care program available to all Lower School students, PreK through grade four.

During Cub Care, students play with friends on the playground, enjoy a snack, work on themed craft projects, or complete homework. In addition to after-school care, Cub Care is available in the morning on late-start Wednesdays.

1 or 2- 3 p.m$2,000.00 paid annually$1,000.00 paid by semester
1 or 2 – 6 p.m$3,000.00 paid annually$1,500.00 paid by semester
3 – 6 p.m.$2,800.00 paid annually$1,400.00 paid by semester

Cub Care is available for occasional use. Fees can be paid via credit or debit card at the time of pick-up or drop-off.

Whitefield Academy’s Cub Care program is not licensed, nor is required to be licensed by the State of Georgia.

Meet the Lower School Project Coordinator

Lower School Project Coordinator


Jessica has been employed with Whitefield Academy for almost 8 years. She started and continues as a substitute teacher and has moved around in various positions across campus wherever she is needed. Currently, she is the Lower School Project Coordinator and oversees Cub Care, after-school programs, and standardized testing. She majored in Child and Family Development at Georgia Southern University and continued working with children as a Preschool Director before joining Whitefield Academy.
