Others Ahead of Self isn’t just a phrase in our mission statement; it’s the way we build community and serve it at the same time. We sponsor over 25 parent-focused events each year, as well as quarterly gatherings called The WPA Collective, which offer parenting insights, campus updates, and meaningful ways to support our students. As a parent and an administrator, the Whitefield Parent Association is a perfect place to find community.
The WPA embraces service and community, rooted deeply in our mission for others ahead of self. As called image bearers of the Lord, we fellowship with one another, engage in school partnerships, and model for our children the value of cultivating community and serving others. As both an administrator and a parent at the school, I can honestly say that many of my deep relationships with other parents have been developed through volunteer service and educational opportunities with the WPA.
