About Us

Communications and Media

Effective communication is a priority at Whitefield Academy. The Office of Communications and Marketing provides various services to the Whitefield community in support of school- and division-wide communications. We strive to ensure that current, prospective, and alumni families stay informed by sharing the mission and story of Whitefield with our community.

HOW WE COMMUNICATE:

WOLFPACK WEEKLY NEWSLETTER: Each Thursday during the school year, current families, faculty, and staff receive a weekly e-newsletter of announcements and reminders.

  • Announcement submission: All announcements must be submitted by Wednesday at noon. Announcements can be submitted by email to communications@whitefieldacademy.com with the subject line: WolfPack Weekly Request. Please note your submission may appear in an edition of this weekly newsletter as space permits and may be edited for style, length, and clarity. Announcements can run for a maximum of two consecutive weeks. Photos are welcome and captions are appreciated.
  • Distribution list: Email distribution lists are created at the beginning of the school year. If you are not receiving emails from Whitefield, please check your spam or junk folders and email communications@whitefieldacademy.com with any issues.
