PreKindergarten 

1. Submit preliminary application and pay $100 application fee
2. Request Teacher Recommendation Form
3. Schedule on-campus observation

Kindergarten

1. Submit preliminary application and pay $100 application fee
2. Request Teacher Recommendation Form
3. Schedule JATP or submit academic testing
4. Request school records (if applicable)
5. Schedule on-campus observation

Grades 1 - 4

1. Submit preliminary application and pay $100 application fee
2. Request Teacher Recommendation Form
3. Schedule JATP or submit academic testing
4. Request transcripts
5. Schedule on-campus observation

Grade 5

1. Submit preliminary application and pay $100 application fee
2. Complete Student Questionnaire
3. Request Teacher and Counselor Recommendation Forms
4. Schedule JATP or submit academic testing
5. Request transcripts
6. Schedule on-campus interview and visit day

Grades 6 - 8

1. Submit preliminary application and pay $100 application fee
2. Complete Student Questionnaire
3. Request Teacher and Counselor Recommendation Forms
4. Schedule SSAT and submit scores

5. Request transcripts
6. Schedule on-campus interview and visit day

Ninth - Twelfth Grade

1. Submit preliminary application and pay $100 application fee
2. Complete Student Questionnaire
3. Request Teacher and Counselor Recommendation Forms
4. Schedule admissions testing 
   • For students applying to Grades 9 -12, Whitefield will accept the SSAT, PSAT, ACT or SAT.

5. Request transcripts
6. Schedule on-campus interview and visit day
